Solution 1:
Use and anti-spyware s/w and scan the system. I suggest you use Spybot Search and Destroy. You can find it in Digit CDs or download from here:

or you can also use HijackThis s/w. Download from here:

Solution 2: Manually
Boot your computer in SafeMode.
Then search for this file in your Windows folder.:xlibgfl254.dll Most probably it will be in System32 folder.
Open TaskManager and remove any instances of Trojan virus from the Process list.
Then proceed to delete the above DLL file. If it says Access Denied then download this small utility.
http://ccollomb.free.fr/unlocker/ Install it.
Right Click the DLL file. There will come option of Unlocking it. Then delete it.
Run MSCONFIG dialog box. Again from the Startup lists and Process remove any suspected entries.

Reboot.
